FAQs 

How do I know which option is best for me?
We do not need to decide this straight away. First we will have a chat to find out more about you, your business and what you are trying to achieve and your preferred ways to working. We can then work from there to decide what package / tools will work best for you at this time.
How long would it take to get up and running? I could just crack on with it...

For my social media management clients, I usually recommend spending some time carrying out Discovery. This includes taking the time to

  • Learn about the business, website, social presence, and competitors in order to provide clear documentation to be used throughout all other stages of the project.
  • An initial period of social listening, competitor monitoring and industry research to ensure that when we begin posting we will post in your brand tone of voice from the beginning.

From here, I will create a comprehensive Social Media Marketing strategy and project plan that clearly outlines deliverables and measurable business goals for social media profiles and shareable content.

Once the plan is agreed we will move to the Implementation stage.

Timings will vary depending on project scope and budget.

I have not previously outsourced before, how will I ensure I retain control?

I am here to be a part of your team and assist you where you need it, and to help make your marketing a success. We will have regular update calls and agree the best way for us to stay in touch to ensure you are clear on what work is happening and when and so you can ensure your thoughts are taken into account and listened to, throughout our journey together.

But we are all on social media and so we know what we need to do and how to use Facebook etc….

That may be true but using the social platforms for a business can be very different to using it for staying in touch with friends and family.

For example:

  • using pages – you need to ensure they are configured correctly for your business type, complete, up to date and relevant.
  • You need a consistent tone of voice and messaging
  • Potential customers do not just want to be sold to – you need to be relationships

Social media is a vital part of any business’ sales and marketing strategy. But not everyone knows how to use it to get results. Working on social media is also time consuming, especially when you’ve got a business to run.
