How long would it take to get up and running? I could just crack on with it...
For my social media management clients, I usually recommend spending some time carrying out Discovery. This includes taking the time to
- Learn about the business, website, social presence, and competitors in order to provide clear documentation to be used throughout all other stages of the project.
- An initial period of social listening, competitor monitoring and industry research to ensure that when we begin posting we will post in your brand tone of voice from the beginning.
From here, I will create a comprehensive Social Media Marketing strategy and project plan that clearly outlines deliverables and measurable business goals for social media profiles and shareable content.
Once the plan is agreed we will move to the Implementation stage.
Timings will vary depending on project scope and budget.
I have not previously outsourced before, how will I ensure I retain control?
I am here to be a part of your team and assist you where you need it, and to help make your marketing a success.
